In a mindfulness session we’ll meet (either in person or online via Skype) for 50 mins. We can talk about any existing meditation practice that you have, or about what mindfulness can do for you. I’ll lead a guided mindfulness meditation and we’ll have space to talk about mindfulness in your daily life.

We can talk about using mindfulness to help you manage anxiety or stress, or about how a mindfulness practice can support any existing therapies, self-development work, or other spiritual practices you are involved with. We can explore how you can use a mindfulness practice to create a safe space to explore you own thoughts and feelings.
Mindfulness is conscious attention or awareness. We choose where to place our attention in order to bring particular benefits or insights. In breathing meditation we keep bringing our attention back to the breath; when our attention is completely on the breath we are no longer caught up in our thoughts – this can bring immediate release from worries and stress. As we practice more we can begin to uncover the roots of those worries and stresses and deal with them.
Book a session:
A one off session can help bring immediate relief, and provide support for an ongoing mindfulness practice or other spiritual practices. A one off session will cost £50.
More regular sessions can provide on-going support for your practice in daily-life, and provide a check-in space for anything that comes up during your practice. Regular check-ins with another person can also be a real motivator for continuing your own practice. Book two sessions for £80.
