A series of counselling sessions, or a mindfulness session, can provide the space you are looking for.
In therapy sessions you’ll have the chance to talk about whatever is on your mind. In a therapy session you’ll be deeply heard and as we explore your story we will come to see ways of letting go and moving forwards. I work face-to-face and online via Skype. A mindfulness session will include a guided meditation, and a space to talk about mindfulness practice. We’ll talk about integrating mindfulness into your daily life, as well as any issues that the meditation practice might bring to light.
